Solar photovoltaic (PV) energy systems are made up of diferent components. Each component has a specific role. The type of component in the system depends on the type of system and the purpose.
The common component of all systems will be the solar module or solar array. Solar modules, though similar in design (silicon crystalline-type) will vary by size and power produced. The total power is 30 watts. A module with the capacity of producing at least 12 volts is necessary to push the electrical current through the pump motor. The majority of solar modules available on the market and used for residential and commercial solar systems are silicon-crystalline.
A photovoltaic module is the core part of the whole PV power generation system. It is composed of photovoltaic module sheets or different specifications of photovoltaic modules, which are either cut together using a laser cutting machine or steel wire cutting machine.
A solar PV module generates electricity by converting light energy into electricity under the influence of sunlight. The DC voltage is then transmitted to the controller for storage in the battery for use when needed. The working principle involves the sunlight shining on the PV module during the day, generating DC voltage, and the controller delivering the electricity to the battery after overcharge protection.
