The optimization performed using a smart and efficient algorithm called the PSO algorithm. The results indicate that the building of a microgrid hybrid system in Baghdad is more economical compared to Rabat with the same corresponding components of renewable energies and load capacity.

Compared with other large-scale ESSs such as pumped storage and compressed air storage, the battery energy storage system (BESS) has the most promising application in the power system owing to its high energy efficiency and simple requirements for geographical conditions .
The concept of utility-scale mobile battery energy storage systems (MBESS) represents the combination of BESS and transportation methods such as the truck and train.
