Abstract: Advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage (AA-CAES) can improve the rate of new energy consumption and ensure the stable operation of microgrids, which is a key technology for building comprehensive energy microgrids.
In Section 4.1, the optimal dispatch approach for the pelagic microgrid containing A-CAES is proposed for estimating the value of A-CAES, and the application of A-CAES in providing emergency back-up power is considered in the scheduling.
The simulation results demonstrate that the dynamic model of the AA-CAES system developed in this paper is both accurate and practical, and it can precisely capture the thermodynamic dynamic process of compressed air energy storage. Need Help?
