A knowledge graph-based disassembly information model of a power battery is constructed to describe the internal parts of the power battery and their connection relations. The model is proposed for updateability and scalability to handle dynamic power battery disassembly information.
Results: Using the Framework in a Battery Use Case In this section, we describe the battery use case to demonstrate and validate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed knowledge graph-based data integration framework ( Section 2 ).
The effective utilization of knowledge graphs in planning disassembly sequences for power batteries relies on the ability to express and update assembly relations and disassembly information promptly using graph frameworks, thereby optimizing the disassembly sequence.
By examining the disassembly information related to diverse categories and types of power batteries, a knowledge graph is employed to depict the intricate details of battery components and their assembly relationships.
The knowledge graph serves as a significant component to simplify the extraction, enrichment, exploration, and generation of data in this framework. We have developed it according to the human-centered design, and various roles of the data science and machine learning life cycle can use it.
Subsequently, the graph model is effectively solved using advanced graph theory algorithms, leading to the derivation of an optimal disassembly sequence. This innovative approach significantly enhances the efficiency of end-of-life power battery sequence planning, enabling streamlined and effective decision-making processes.
