The Battery Pack Updater allows you to update your Battery Pack 4.0’s firmware, run diagnostics, and personalize settings like charging mode and LED behavior. Operate on the latest version of the battery pack firmware to improve the functionality and features of your pack. Your battery pack will not charge the sensor.
Your battery pack will charge while plugged into your computer. Once you have installed the Battery Pack Updater, the current charge level and firmware version of your battery pack will be displayed. Watch our video or follow the steps below to download and install the Battery Pack Updater. Apple macOS: macOS Catalina 10.15 or later.
In the Privacy tab, navigate to the Files and Folders category in the left pane and find the WHOOP Battery Pack Updater on the right. Select the checkbox next to Documents Folder underneath the WHOOP Battery Pack Updater. Note: you may need to click the lock and enter your password to make changes.

Enable permissions when prompted or if the Battery Pack Updater fails to launch, follow the steps under Enabling permissions in macOS. Download the WHOOP Battery Pack Updater by clicking here. The app should install automatically but if it does not, go to the Downloads folder and click on Install WHOOP Battery Pack Updater.
