This document provides standard requirements and general guidelines for the design, performance, testing and application of low-voltage dry-type alternating current (AC) power capacitors rated 1,000V or lower, and for connection to low-voltage distribution systems operating at a nominal frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz.
A stage is defined by a unit composed of a CTS and a capacitor. The number of stages N is equal to the number of capacitors. There are four examples in this example. The number of CTSs is N + 1. The capacitance of each capacitor is assumed to be the same as C. Both the input voltage and the clock amplitude are VDD.
This document does not pertain to low voltage oil-filled or direct current (DC) power capacitors. 4.1 Capacitor internal design and construction Description of internal materials, dielectric, insulation, metallization, winding methodology and filling agent.

5.2 Typical voltage and reactive power (kvar) ratings for capacitor units. A brief description of the nominal ratings (i.e. kvar, voltage, capacitance) that are typical of the low-voltage AC power capacitors of concern.
The parasitic capacitance of the switches and the capacitors affects the characteristics of the charge pump. The circuit area is considered the cost. The area of the charge pump is mainly determined by the capacitor because a switch is nominally much smaller than a capacitor.
Improved Operation of the Step-Up Converter with Large Voltage …
This work proposes an improvement for a recently proposed converter. The discussed converter is the so-called low-voltage in capacitors (LVC). It offers a larger voltage gain compared to the standard step-up or boost converter while operating with a relatively low voltage in their capacitors (lower than the voltage at the output port). The improvement consists of a …

Low Drop Out regulator (LDO) | Circuit, Working, Characteristics
LDO regulator or Low-dropout regulator is a type of linear voltage regulator which can operate at very low potential difference between the input and the output. For example, a typical Li-ion battery has a range of 4.2 V at fully charged to 2.7 V at fully discharged. Even when the battery voltage is below 3 V, an LDO can still maintain the desired 2.5 V at the output.
